Acrylic Clear Overcoat is a solvent based, fast drying,
acrylic clear topcoat specially formulated to provide long lasting protection
to painted surfaces. This coating is designed for use as a topcoat on painted
signs and bulletins, oil color signs, sculptures, gold leaf lettering or
wherever resistance to the effects of long-term exposure to weather is a
requirement. Resists yellowing, oxidization, checking and cracking. It is also
ideal for renewing faded signs. This coating should not be used on raw wood
or any surface, which will come in contact with solvents or harsh cleaning
agents (vehicles, motorcycles, windows). For automotive vehicles and
motorcycles use Aquathane Gloss. Do not use Acrylic Clear Overcoat on vinyl
signs. For vinyl signs or letters use Vinyl Cote. Ronan Acrylic Clear Overcoat
is available in low luster or gloss. Dry Time: @ 70 F; 50% Relative
Humidity: Dries to touch - 30 minutes to 2 hours; to handle - 2 hours; to

effects of long-term exposure to sunlight and weather is a requirement. It
helps prevent color degradation by reducing the harmful effects of ultraviolet
rays, which cause premature fading. It is ideal for use over fluorescent colors
to prolong color retention. Resists yellowing, oxidization, checking and
cracking. This coating should not be used on raw wood or any surface, which
will come in contact with solvents or harsh cleaning agents (vehicles,
motorcycles, windows). For automotive vehicles and motorcycles use

Water Based |
Vinyl Cote is a water-based, acrylic clear coating formulated
for use as a protective topcoat on untreated vinyl, painted vinyl signs, vinyl
letters, banners, vinyl awnings, bulletins and many other substrates. It dries
to a flexible, weather resistant finish and exhibits excellent adhesion to
treated and untreated vinyl, wood, metal, glass, plastic and many synthetics.
It is designed for use as a topcoat where resistance to the effects of exposure
to weather is a requirement. Properly applied it cures to a "water white",
non-yellowing gloss finish and therefore can be used directly on pictures,
murals, portraits and vinyl graphics without altering the colors. Vinyl Cote
Flat can also be used as a primer for untreated vinyl. When applied as a primer
on untreated vinyl it prevents plasticizer migration and the adhesion and
drying problems caused by migration. It prepares the vinyl for top coating.
Non-Flammable, non-toxic when cured, low odor. Available in flat, semi gloss or
gloss. Dry Time: @ 70 F; 50% Relative Humidity: Dries to touch - 45
minutes to 1 hour; to handle - 2 1/2 hours; to recoat - 2 1/2 hours. Full cure
- 8 hours. Will take longer to dry under colder or more humid conditions.
Application Methods: Brush, roller or spray.

Vinyl Cote UV
Absorber is similar in properties to Vinyl Cote Gloss (see above); but in
addition, is specially formulated to provide extra ultraviolet ray protection.
It is designed for use as a topcoat where resistance to the effects of exposure
to sunlight and weather is a requirement. It helps prevent color degradation by
reducing the harmful effects of ultraviolet rays, which cause premature fading.
It is ideal for use over fluorescent colors to prolong color retention. Can be
applied as a protective overcoat on vinyl signs without the problems associated
with solvent based ultraviolet absorber topcoats. Can be used wherever a water
based, non-yellowing, weather and ultraviolet resistant coating is required.
Available in flat, semi gloss or gloss. Dry Time: @ 70 F; 50%
Relative Humidity: Dries to touch - 45 minutes to 1 hour; to handle - 2 1/2
hours; to recoat - 2 1/2 hours. Full cure - 8 hours. Will take longer to dry
under colder or more humid conditions. Application Methods: Brush,
