 Fast Dry Blockout White is a fast drying,
high opacity, solvent reducible alkyd primer designed to "block out" previously
painted sign faces. It is also an excellent primer for wood and MDO board. It
dries with a flat finish and is designed to prepare a surface for the
application of bulletin colors, background enamels or artists oil color. Fast
Dry Blockout White blocks out the old bulletin or pictorial and primes the
surface so that new signs or artwork will adhere and cover properly. It also
provides the proper surface for carbon pouncing or felt tip layout of artwork.
Dry Time: @ 70 F; 50% Relative Humidity: Dries to touch - 30 to 45
minutes; to handle - 2 hours; to recoat - 3 to 4 hours. Full cure - 8 hours.

 602 Speedy Blockout
White is a higher viscosity, higher hiding, and faster drying primer than
Fast Dry Blockout. It is designed to be used when virtually complete coverage
of previously painted artwork is desired. Dry Time: @ 70 F; 50%
Relative Humidity:Dries to touch - 30 minutes; to handle - 1 hour; to recoat -
2 to 3 hours. Full cure - 8 hours. Will take longer to dry under colder or more
humid conditions. Application Methods: Brush, roller or spray.
 Sticktite White Metal & Wood
Primer is a fast drying, high opacity, solvent reducible alkyd primer
designed for use on metal, wood and MDO board. It may also be used as a primer
for properly prepared galvanized metal. It dries with a low luster finish and
is designed to prepare a surface for the application of bulletin colors,
background enamels or artists oil color. Dry Time: @ 70 F; 50%
Relative Humidity: Dries to touch - 30 to 45 minutes; to handle - 2 hours; to
recoat - 4 to 5 hours. Full cure - 16 hours. Will take longer to dry under
colder or more humid conditions. Application Methods: Brush, roller
or spray.
 MDO & Plywood Primer is a
fast drying, penetrating, high opacity, solvent reducible alkyd primer designed
for use on MDO board and plywood. It is formulated to penetrate and seal MDO
board and plywood to prevent absorption of the topcoat. It dries with a low
luster finish and is designed to prepare a surface for the application of
bulletin colors, background enamels or artists oil color. Dry Time:
@ 70 F; 50% Relative Humidity: Dries to touch - 1 to 2 hour; to recoat - 3 to 4
hours (for first coat); Full cure - 16 hours. Will take longer to dry under
colder or more humid conditions. Available in White. Application

 A fast drying, high performance, rust
inhibitive, phenolated alkyd primer that exhibits excellent adhesion and
penetration. It is designed to meet sign, industrial and automotive application
needs. A unique primer, this product may be top-coated with virtually any paint
system, including Bulletin Color, Background Enamel, lacquers, acrylic enamels,
synthetic enamels as well as two component urethanes and epoxies. Recommended
for use as a primer over a variety of aluminum, steel, galvanized metal, wood
and concrete surfaces. Available in White, Gray and Red Oxide. Dry
Time: @ 70 F; 50% Relative Humidity: Dries to touch - 30 minutes; to handle
- 2 hours; to recoat - 6 hours. Full cure - 8 hours. Will take longer to dry
under colder or more humid conditions. Application Methods: Roller
or spray (may be brushed with the addition of Ronsolv 100 Reducer).
 Rustite Red Primer is a good,
general purpose, high hiding, rust-inhibitive, red oxide primer formulated with
special Ferric Oxide pigments, linseed oil and synthetic resins for use on new
or rusted metal. Rustite Red Primer exhibits excellent adhesion and has good
corrosion and weather resistance. Dry Time: @ 70 F; 50% Relative
Humidity: Dries to touch - 3 to 4 hours; to handle - 6 to 8 hours; to recoat -
16 hours. Full cure - 7 days. Will take longer to dry under colder or more
humid conditions. Application Methods: Brush, roller or spray.
 A yellow alkyd/linseed oil
composition corrosion resistant primer that utilizes new pigment technology to
replace the outdated chromate composition. This coating system exhibits
excellent corrosion resistance on properly prepared metal surfaces. Dry
Time: @ 70 F; 50% Relative Humidity: Dries to touch - 3 to 4 hours; to
handle - 6 to 8 hours; to recoat - 12 hours. Full cure - 7 days. Will take
longer to dry under colder or more humid conditions. Application
Methods: Brush, roller or spray.
 An alkyd/linseed primer formulated with a very
high content of corrosion inhibitive pigments. It exhibits excellent adhesion
and long-term corrosion resistance on properly prepared surfaces. It is
designed for use on sand blasted steel structures and is an excellent primer
for use on exterior superstructures and bridges. Available in Red Oxide and
Gray. Dry Time: @ 70 F; 50% Relative Humidity: Dries to touch - 4
hours; to handle - 8 to 12 hours; to recoat - 24 hours. Full cure - 7 days.
Will take longer to dry under colder or more humid conditions.

 A unique high hiding
weather resistant, penetrating alkyd/linseed primer fortified with zinc
compounds for rust prevention of galvanized surfaces. It exhibits excellent
adhesion and weather resistance on properly prepared galvanized surfaces.

hours; to handle - 6 to 8 hours; to recoat - 24 hours. Full cure - 7 days. Will
take longer to dry under colder or more humid conditions. Available in White.

 Stain Kill Primer
& Sealer is a fast drying coating that primes and seals interior
plaster, wood, dry wall, glass and masonry and can be top coated with water or
oil based paint. Developed to replace pigmented shellac sealers. It blocks out
most stains including water, smoke, ink, pencil and grease stains. Stain Kill
Primer & Sealer is recommended as a spot sealer on exterior applications
and must be top coated with the proper exterior primer. Exterior uses include
spot priming graffiti, tannin stain blocking, and priming redwood and cedar
knots. Dry Time: @ 70 F; 50% Relative Humidity: Dries to touch - 20
minutes; to recoat - 30 minutes. Will take longer to dry under colder or more

 Masonite Primer is a solvent reducible,
alkyd primer designed for use on tempered masonite. It provides excellent
adhesion and retains the smooth appearance of the masonite sheet. Dry

handle - 2 hours; to recoat - 3 to 4 hours. Full cure - 8 hours. Will take

Water Based |
 Prime-All is a unique, interior-exterior, waterborne, acrylic
primer that combines fast dry convenience with outstanding adhesion, sealing,
stain blocking, corrosion resisting and weathering properties. This high
performance coating exhibits excellent adhesion to aged steel, wood, aged
galvanized metal, weathered aluminum, MDO plywood, conventional plywood,
cement, Fiberglas, concrete, plastic, ceramic, flexible vinyl and glass
substrates. Its stain killing properties check bleeding of water stains, smoke
damage, wood tannin, asphalt stains, crayon and most graffiti. It is formulated
for use as a primer over unpainted or previously painted surfaces; as a
blockout for signs; for blocking out stains (it prevents the bleeding of reds,
fluorescent and other staining pigments); as an undercoat for water and oil
based topcoats. Available in White and Red Oxide. Dry Time: @ 70 F;
50% Relative Humidity: Dries to touch - 1 hour; to handle - 2 hours; to recoat
- 2 to 3 hours. Full cure - 8 hours. Will take longer to dry under colder or

 Prime Lock DTM Primer is a unique,
corrosion resistant, waterborne, 100% acrylic primer formulated for use on
difficult to adhere to metal & plastic surfaces. This high performance
coating exhibits excellent adhesion to steel, galvanized metal, aluminum, zinc
aluminum, baked aluminum, tin, rigid PVC and other plastic surfaces. Acid
treatment is not necessary for adhesion to galvanized metal or aluminum.
Available in White and Grey. Dry Time: @ 70 F. and 50% Relative
Humidity: Dries to touch - 30 minutes; to handle - 2 hours; to recoat - 8 hours
(for aromatic based top coats let dry 24 hours before recoating). Will take
longer to dry under colder or more humid conditions. Application

 Metro Vinyl Primer is a waterborne flexible acrylic coating
formulated for use as a primer for vinyl. It combines fast dry convenience with
outstanding adhesion, sealing and stain blocking properties. It acts as a
barrier/tie coat for vinyl and prevents plasticizer migration (and thus
prevents the drying and adhesion problems that migration cause). It prepares
the vinyl for top coating with Bulletin Colors and other oil and water based
paints. Metro Vinyl Primer is also designed for use as a blockout for
previously painted vinyl signs and computer generated vinyl signs. It is
recommended for blocking out stains (checks the bleeding of reds, fluorescent
and other staining pigments) and for use as an undercoat for water and oil
based topcoats. Dry Time: @ 70 F; 50% Relative Humidity: Dries to
touch - 1 hour; to handle - 2 hours; to recoat - 2 hours. Full cure - 8 hours.
Will take longer to dry under colder or more humid conditions.

 Vinyl Cote Flat
is a durable, water-based, acrylic clear coating formulated for use as a primer
and topcoat for untreated vinyl and painted vinyl signs, banners, awnings and
bulletins. It dries to a flexible, weather resistant finish and exhibits
excellent adhesion to treated and untreated vinyl and many other substrates.
When applied as a primer on untreated vinyl it prevents plasticizer migration
and the adhesion and drying problems caused by migration. It prepares the vinyl
for top coating with Bulletin Colors and other oil and water based paints.
Vinyl Cote Flat is also formulated for use as a topcoat over conventional oil
and water based finishes and on a variety of different substrates (wood, glass,
plastic and many synthetics). Cures to a clear, non-yellowing, flat finish and
therefore can be used directly on pictures, murals, portraits and vinyl
graphics without altering the colors. Dry Time: @ 70 F; 50% Relative
Humidity: Dries to touch - 45 minutes to 1 hour; to handle - 2 1/2 hours; to
recoat - 2 1/2 hours. Full cure - 8 hours. Will take longer to dry under colder
